Cineplex Digital Media (CDM) will develop, install and maintain a state-of-the-art digital signage network in select shopping centers across Canada, for partner Primaris REIT (Primaris).
Under the agreement with Primaris, CDM will operate a network of nearly 70 digital screens in 19 commercial properties in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. Each property will receive a custom display solution consisting of large double-sided portrait screens for media advertising, mall directories and maps.
A division of Toronto-based entertainment company Cineplex, CDM was selected for the partnership because of its experience building and managing digital networks, as well as its ability to deliver a solution that includes revenue generation, development of content and the sale of advertising media.
