EZ UP won in the Banners category for “Rhythm & Beat,” a lively, colorful and nostalgic 80s piece that featured state-of-the-art digital printing.
The company also received an honorable mention in the Ad Specialty/Promotional Products category for its mini-Instant Shelter titled “Far Out”.
Mark Carter, Founder and President of EZ UP, said five consecutive SGIA awards confirm the company’s commitment to delivering not only the highest quality in portable shelters, but also digital printing.
“EZ UP is the industry leader in digital printing,” said Carter. “We pride ourselves on always trying to improve our equipment and techniques.
“A fifth award confirms our benchmark reputation in digital printing.”
Johnny Shell, SGIA’s Vice President of Technical Services, said the company is “one of the best specialty printers in the world in terms of quality and capability”.
“The ability to consistently print products of such quality indicates that EZ UP is an expert in controlling the many variables involved in specialty printing,” he said.
The SGIA competition brought together more than 60 companies from around the world and around 300 entries in 53 categories.
Entries are judged on technical achievement, including level of difficulty and quality of execution.
