CLEARWATER, Florida – Retail services company GSP has purchased substantially all of the assets of Custom Color Corp., resulting in a strategic merger of two retail marketing and store-level fulfillment providers.

“We are proud to announce an exciting new milestone in GSP’s 42-year history,” said Geoff Neuhoff, CEO of GSP. “Custom Color shares our vision and our passion for innovation, quality and service. This merger allows us to expand our capabilities and better meet the demands of our growing customer base. “

Custom Color’s 100,000 square foot facility provides state-of-the-art digital production capabilities and supports graphics programs for national retail and consumer brands.

“This new Kansas City site will become GSP’s fourth production site, which will allow us to further reduce delivery times and minimize shipping costs for our retail customers nationwide,” said Neuhoff .

Custom Color President and CEO Matt Keith will join the GSP leadership team and continue to lead Custom Color as a division of GSP.

“This is a historic turning point for the Custom Color team,” he said. “Joining forces with GSP creates endless opportunities for Custom Color customers, who will benefit from GSP’s industry-leading profiling and store execution management technology, AccuStore. “

GPS is expanding its existing operations in Florida, Wisconsin and Utah. It will also expand Operation Custom Color through additional investments in equipment and an increase in the workforce, Neuhoff said.

Peter Schaefer of New Direction Partners represented Custom Color in the transaction. Greg Bosl of Endeavor Strategies represented GSP.
